the Site.

This Site is owned and operated by Christian Alonza LLC, a Texas limited liability company

doing business as Christian Alonza, registered in Travis County, Texas.

3. Services Offered

We offer memberships, courses, insights, toolkits, and an AI chatbot (Lonnie AI) which

provides diagnostics, assessments, and guidance. Certain features are gated and require

registration. Some tiers are free (freemium), while others require payment via Stripe.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Lonnie AI provides informational guidance and suggestions. It is not a substitute for

professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). Use of Lonnie AI is at your own discretion

and risk. Christian Alonza LLC disclaims all responsibility for actions taken based on AI

outputs.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not

use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the rights of others.

6. Payments and Renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe and auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds

may be offered within 30 days of subscription start on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Christian Alonza LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

resulting from your use of the Site or reliance on any content or AI outputs.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christian Alonza LLC, its affiliates, and team

members from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved under Texas law, and venue will reside in Travis County, Texas.

10. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Travis County, Texas. Both parties waive the right

to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
